With nearly two decades of experience across Oman, the UAE and the UK, Sajin took an unconventional route into travel. At Lumiere, he is focused on making journeys feel personal rather than packaged, with an obsession for thoughtful curation and the guest experience. He still gets involved in itineraries, details and the occasional guest conversation — because apparently, being CEO hasn't yet convinced him to delegate everything.

She turns preferences, requests and sometimes very particular ideas into journeys that come together beautifully.
